Returns & Exchange Policy

Our Policy in Plain English

At Addictive Styles, every piece is hand-picked and carefully selected. We take pride in the quality of everything we stock. However, if you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for you.

What We Accept for Exchange

• Item must have a verifiable manufacturing defect — not general wear, personal taste, or incorrect size selected by the customer
• Exchange must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date
• Item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered
• Item must have all original tags attached
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

What We Do NOT Accept

• No exchanges on bikinis or swimwear — for hygiene reasons, all swimwear sales are final
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery
• Change of mind or incorrect size selected by customer
• Sale items

Exchange Process

• Contact us via WhatsApp on 062 307 9530 or email addictivestylesclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and photos of the manufacturing defect
• We will assess and confirm whether the exchange is approved
• Once approved, return the item in original packaging — return delivery costs are for the customer's account
• Upon receipt and inspection, we will dispatch your exchange item
• Exchanges are for alternative items of equal or lesser value — no cash will be issued

Please Note

Due to our strictly limited stock quantities (10 units per design), the same item may no longer be available in your size by the time an exchange is processed. In this case, store credit or an alternative item will be offered.

Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds

Addictive Styles operates a strict no-cash-refund policy. All sales are considered final once payment has been received and the order has been dispatched.

When Store Credit May Be Issued

Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Addictive Styles in the following circumstances only:

• A manufacturing defect is confirmed and the same or similar replacement item is unavailable
• An item was dispatched incorrectly due to our error

Cancelled Orders

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp on 062 307 9530. Cancellation before dispatch may be possible but is not guaranteed.

PayFast Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayFast. In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us directly before escalating through your bank or card provider — we will always work to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

• The Courier Guy — for delivery of your order (name, address, contact number)
• PayFast by Network — for secure payment processing

By accessing and using addictivestyles.co.za and placing an order with Addictive Styles Clothing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Our Products

• All products are subject to availability. Due to our strictly limited stock model (10 units per size, per design), items may sell out without notice.
• Product images are as accurate as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur due to individual screen settings and photography lighting.
• Product descriptions are provided in good faith. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us on WhatsApp before purchasing.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• The price at the time of checkout is the price you pay — we honour the price shown at the time of purchase.

Orders & Payment

• An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and processed via PayFast.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity — a full refund will be issued in such cases.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper and other PayFast-supported methods.

Intellectual Property

All content on addictivestyles.co.za — including images, text, branding, logos and design — is the property of Addictive Styles Clothing. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Addictive Styles Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
