Welcome to Addictive Styles. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Defective Products Only

We only accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All tags and original packaging must still be attached.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

No Returns or Exchanges on Intimate Wear

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Underwear
• Lingerie
• Bikinis
• Swimwear
• Any intimate wear items

No Cash Refunds

Addictive Styles does not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns may qualify for:

• Store credit
• Replacement of the same item where available

Return Approval Process

1. Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the defective item.
2. Our team will assess the claim.
3. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent by Addictive Styles.
